Zhang Jia received the B.S. Degree in Physics and the B.A. Degree in Philosophy from Peking University in 2005. He received his M.A. Degree in Material Science and Engineering from Columbia University as part of his continuing M.S./Ph.D. graduate study.
His previous research was controlled growth and Raman scatterying study of single-wall carbon nanotubes. His current research includes fabrication and application of organic semiconductor thin film devices.
