This is a custom built substrate heater to fit in our Amod evaporation chamber.  Controlled heating of the substrate allows another process paramter to be adjusted to obtain higher quality films.


Materials Used:
- Watlow CER-1-01-00093 Ceramic heater
- Type-K thermocouple
- Custom milled Aluminum plates
