By LabVIEWing the elemental driver for Delta DTB4284RR Temperature Controller (RS232), we can achieve different functions such as temperature setting and reading, PID temperature control, relays on and off, etc. By combining Temperature Controller with QPod Thickness Crystal Monitor, a deposition control program is made in LabVIEW.
